We choose minimal packaging. Cardboard packaging would look much nicer but wouldn’t be as good for the environment. There would be more material to dispose of. So we are transparent, you see us without any filters, just the way we are. The penne may not all be straight, the gorgonzola may make a mess of its tray, and the spinach ends up on top of the meatballs. Fine, we prefer sincerity, just like at home.
If we chose to look nicer, maybe we would use preservatives. Instead, we ban them without any reservation. So we cook using ingredients, almost always in season, ONLY WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES and we store using a cold chain, in transparency, strictly WITHOUT ADDED PRESERVATIVES.
